I spend most of my time in a cute Colorado town just outside of Denver, in my vintage hippy house gazing at the mountain view or walking barefoot around my lush garden. I'm struck by wanderlust so you can often find me on a beach somewhere, in the mountains, or hopping yoga studios. I obsess over all things holistic wellness, I geek out on gardening & house plants, I practice yoga on the daily, I'm never without essential oils, my friends expect me to love on cute alpacas, and I'm usually wearing pj pants & fuzzy slippers. I get caught up in nostalgia, love to eat yum food (cupcakes!), and I love colorful sunsets.
An unhealthy body, anxiety, depression, trouble sleeping, and recurrent ailments all play an important role in my never-ending journey towards peace & wellness. I garden because freshly-picked, organic, non-gmo veggies turn me on. I practice yoga & meditation regularly to improve my flexibility & posture, to up my energy level, and because I become more mindful with the practice. I use essential oils for immunity support, more restful sleep, and to maintain a high vibration. I eat plant-based foods because good food changed my life and I'm trying to avoid dad bod. I use non-toxic products because toxic sh*t sucks. Treating myself is built into my routines and habits because I AM WORTH IT and SO ARE YOU.
