We are the stories we tell ourselves. We are the thoughts we repeat. We are the words we come to believe.
Saying a few positive mantras in the morning can help you manifest a desire for life and can have a positive impact on your mood and energy.
A mantra is a positive affirmation that you can use in prayer or meditation (or anytime in-between). It should be something positive that you are trying to invoke within yourself.
Repeating a mantra out loud or in your mind will immerse you completely in the idea and will help you clear the thoughts that are cluttering your mind during your everyday life and concentrate on the thoughts that will help you grow.
Here are some morning mantras you can use to start your day on a high note, they all support self-love & self-confidence. If these mantras do not resonate with you, you can write your own.
“My voice is valuable and my opinion matters.
“Honor your soul. Do more of what makes you happy.
“I do not judge myself or others.
“I choose to stop apologizing for being me.
“Re-set. Re-adjust. Re-focus. As many times as necessary.
“I am fulfilled. I am fearless.
“I am strong. I am beautiful. I am enough.
“I radiate confidence, self-respect, and harmony.
“Today, you are perfect.
Choose a few of these mantras to repeat to yourself every day. Speak them straight from your heart. The more you say them, the more you will believe them, and you will end up speaking them into existence.
What you say to yourself, you believe so chose wisely what you say to yourself first thing in the morning (and throughout the day).
